1. Provider and scope

This app is provided by Beijing Lingdian Badu Technology Co., Ltd. (北京零点八度科技有限公司, KayingAI). This policy covers the Google Play Android edition of Height Difference Tales and related support. Other company products have their own policies.

2. Data stored on your device

To resume the game, the app stores character names, gender options, heights, appearance colors, scene and pose settings, camera view, playback progress, music options, welcome-screen state, and language preferences in app-private storage.

It also stores a cache of verified permanent scene entitlements. Legacy day-limited unlock records remain separate from permanent purchases. The game does not upload these character, pose, or gameplay settings to a custom server operated by us, or attach them as custom fields to purchase SDK events.

3. Purchases, restoration, and third-party SDKs

The app uses Google Play Billing and Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP 5.4 or later) to load prices, purchase scenes, acknowledge transactions, and restore purchases. Store connections, product and order queries, payment, and diagnostics may involve:

• Transactions and purchase history: product, transaction or order identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, purchase status and time, and related price/currency information, used to verify, deliver and restore paid scenes and troubleshoot transactions.
• Identifiers and technical information: installation, device or session identifiers, device/OS and app versions, approximate region such as country, and connection information.
• Diagnostics: SDK operation, error, crash, and performance information used for functionality, analysis and troubleshooting. The specific data depends on the features, platform and SDK version in use.

Google Play manages store accounts, payment methods and charges. The game has no email registration or sign-in and does not ask you to enter full card or bank account numbers. We have not integrated third-party web checkout, advertising, personalized ads or an additional gameplay analytics SDK.

Google and Unity process relevant information under their own terms, privacy policies and applicable processing arrangements. Their store/SDK data is distinct from the character settings and local save files described above.

4. Purposes and transfers

Necessary data supports local saves, store connectivity, price display, purchase verification, permanent access, restoration, support and service security. The SDK may also process technical data for operational analysis and diagnostics. We do not sell character settings or use them for advertising tracking.

Google Play and Unity IAP network services use encrypted connections. Providers may process or store data outside your country under their applicable arrangements. Your device or OS may also back up and restore app data according to your settings.

5. Permissions and choices

The current version uses network and Google Play billing functionality. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise GPS access. Character names are game text you choose; real names are not required.

Purchasing is optional, and free scenes do not require a separate game account. Store functions and entitlement synchronization need connectivity and the appropriate Google Play account. Offline use may not provide current prices, purchasing, restoration or updated ownership; locally saved content remains subject to the app's saved state.

6. Retention, deletion, and requests

Local settings and entitlement caches remain until overwritten, app data is cleared or uninstalling removes them under platform behavior. OS backups may restore some data. Removing local data does not cancel a completed Play purchase; eligible scenes can be restored with the same store account.

Google Play orders and SDK records follow provider retention practices, refund handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We cannot promise to directly or immediately delete payment records independently controlled by Google. Access or deletion requests involving Unity IAP data may require us to verify your request and assist through Unity's procedures.

Contact yfl@kayingai.com for privacy, access or deletion requests. We will verify and handle requests as applicable, or explain which parts must be addressed by the store/provider. Do not email passwords, full payment details or purchase tokens.

7. Age and minors

The intended audience is age 16 and older; the app is not directed to users under 16. Users aged 16–17 should involve a guardian when local requirements or store approvals call for it. Contact us if you believe information from a user below the intended age needs attention.

8. Updates and contact

We will update this page and its effective date when features, SDKs or processing practices change, and provide appropriate notice where needed.
